- Manage and coordinates all local marketing activities
- Builds and develops a strong, competent and influential local marketing team, with a high intentionality of winning, seeking for success, carrying a breakthrough mindset
- Develop local market projection, marketing/brand strategy and activation plan based on market understanding, competitor monitoring and consumer insight development
- Provides local knowledge and key market insights input to the central marketing organization for potential innovations and trends
- Manages and executes local brand activation using digital, OOH, ATL, BTL, in-site media / off site media/ social media / POS instruments, while taking into account central brand activation guidelines and communication
- Media / A&P guidelines and budgets
- Initiates and performs local product adaptations (C/D) within the context of central innovation decision making, initiate and execute innovations for local brands
- Manages and coordinates all activities within the scope of local launch of New Product Developments or Product adaptations
- Manages the budget available for local advertising and promotion

- Is responsible for the following category development activities
- Provides input information to portfolio strategy
- Provides input for ideation phase of innovations
- Participates in the development of an innovation / adaptation
- Produces advertising copy that can be leveraged in selected within guidelines and using communication brief developed by central with the local adaptation fit to the market
- Work closely together with E Com and Offline sales to develop campaign / POS / related brand materials to achieve the biggest brand visibilities / engagement and interactions to enhance instant purchase / transaction.
- Develops local promotion mechanism and POS materials – within central guidelines in relevant to the local context and needs
- Accountable for managing and developing the local brand(s) including local pricing strategy while considering central category guidelines (e.g by developing local brand assets & visual identity, local production adaptation etc)
- Lead and drive change in the organization - marketing driven
- Familiar with E Com business and expert on digital traffic
Education: University degree is required, a master degree is a plus.
Must have:
- Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience
- Proven track record of initiating and driving change successfully in previous functions
- Managed a category or country in a FMCG company, and have a solid experience in food products and category management
- A successful experience as a marketer of products which are emotionally important for the end customers, via digital and classical way.
- Marketing expertise is essential in all its dimensions, strategic and operations, hands on management
- Successful executive experience in a company focused on growth
